Description Enjoy the crisp, succulent, full-flavoured stems of Giant Pascal in your summer salads. And if soups and cutneys are more to your taste then look no further because it is perfect for those too. For general purposes, sow late March to April under glass at a temperature of 10-15C (50-60F). For exhibition in late summer, sow January under glass on top of moist compost at 15-18C (60-65F). Transplant to trenches in summer and earth up to blanch as growth develops. Approx 30 weeks to maturity. |
