Description

The greens are an excellent source of vitamins and calcium. Hakurei also produces extremely uniform roots with snow white skin and crisp flesh. The mild taste makes it excellent for salads. Tops can also be used as cooked greens or fresh in salads. Easy to grow, ideal for beginners.

Harvest can be done anytime after roots reach 2 inches in diameter, but best if harvested before 3.5 inches.
