Vegetables from seed
Growing vegetables is one of the greatest rewards of gardening, and something everyone should try, regardless of experience level or room. Vegetables may be beautifully arranged in a 'potager' style garden area, or more simply grown in traditional rows or raised beds. They also do very well in containers on a balcony or patio. Either way, they will provide beauty, pleasure and home-grown produce that will taste much better and fresher than anything you can buy in a shop.
