Description

High yielding vigorous hybrid with uniform, smooth white skinned, wedge-shaped roots of exhibition quality. Plus good resistance to canker and an excellent sweet flavour. Harvest October to February. Leave roots in the ground as flavour is improved by frost. Any remaining roots should be lifted and stored undamaged in sand in a dry, frost-free area until used.
