Description
Granlibakken produces tender bulbs with great holding ability and sweet flavour. Bulbs are medium green on the outside and creamy white on the inside. It's large, distinct leaves are very flavourful when lightly steamed and added to soups or stir fry. Harvest bulbs when they are about three inches in diameter. Direct seed as soon as the soil can be worked in spring.
