Registering with eSeeds provides us with the information we need to process your order - we only ask for basic contact details such as name and shipping address.
When you register with eSeeds you need to use your email address and then choose a password. Please record it in a safe place for your reference. If you lose your password, you can request for it to be sent to your registered email address.
As a registered shopper, eSeeds enables multiple shopping sessions for one order - we will remember what you have placed in your shopping cart - you can return later and resume shopping with your previous selections still on your list. You cannot do this if you are a Guest Shopper.
eSeeds.com respects your privacy. We
will never release any information you provide us and your e-mail
address will only be used for correspondence from our Service

a) MAIN CATALOGUE PAGES:
Use the top tabs or the left side menu to allow immediate access to the different plant categories that are represented on eSeeds. They are sorted by their most common use (annuals, perennials, vegetables, etc) for general ease of use. Please note that this is organised by scientific (Latin) name, since this is
the only way to ensure that everyone is referring to the same plant,
especially when dealing internationally!
There is also a complete alphabetical listing using both scientific and common names in the A-Z Plant Index if you are searching for a specific item.
b) SEARCH FEATURE:
The Quick Search at the top of every page is a fast way to find what you are looking for if you know the correct spelling. If you are unsure of the entire word, the search will match substrings if they are correctly spelt, but may give extra matches also. Please use as much correct spelling and unique name as you can for best results. Note that the Search feature matches both scientific and common names. Make your selections
On every product page will be a list of suppliers and their prices, quantity and availability. Choose the supplier you wish to purchase from and click on the Add to List button beside the info. This will place the item and quantity displayed onto your order list.
Clicking on the mini seed packet beside the supplier name and package info will give you a full size popup picture of the actual package you will receive, both front and back.
Clicking on the flag icon or the logo icon will provide you with popup information sheets regarding shipping destinations and supplier information.
When you add an item to your list you will be shown your order list and all the items on it so far. Click the back button of your browser to return to the product page you were on. You can also use the Continue Shopping button to go back. Alternatively, you can select Catalogue from the menu bar and return to the main catalogue page.
Proceed to the check out
By selecting the Submit Order button on your Order List page you are brought to the Order Details page. It is here that you can modify to whom you wish to send the product. If you have not yet registered or logged on, you will be prompted to do so now.
Provide payment information
Click on Continue Order Submittal and you are at the final order processing page. Here you check to make sure that the address information is correct and provide the payment information. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, personal cheques and money orders. Payments made by cheque will not be further processed until they have been cleared by our bank.
Wait for your purchases to arrive in the mail!
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of your order. This is usually within 12-72 hours for seed packets in stock. Seasonal items, such as bulbs, only ship at certain times of the year. If there is an unusual delay, you will be notified via email or phone. Please note that you are only charged for items when they ship, not before.
