Returns Policy

eSeeds.com Ltd adheres to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 regarding the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

Through this regulation, customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of an item from the eSeeds.com web store within seven working days (cooling-off period) of receiving a product from eSeeds.com.

To cancel an order you can call our Customer Services Department at +44 (0)1865 988 442, send a fax to +44 (0)1993 831 397 or email us at service@eseeds.com.

If you cancel your order before the items have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. If the items have already been despatched, we ask that you contact us as indicated to arrange for return shipment of the items and a refund of your money within the same 30 days. Refunds of already shipped items will not include the shipping costs already paid and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to eSeeds.com.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these business terms.
