SORRY, THIS PRODUCT IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUPPLIER. Also called Mache or Lamb’s Lettuce, a favorite salad item in France and Italy. Corn salad can be planted and grown just like lettuce. The plants form rosettes of leaves and do best in cool weather and full sun. Needs no protection in colder climates. Leaves are tasty for spring and fall salads or for cooking. Pick leaves for salad continuously or harvest entire plants. Harvest up until plants start to bolt. Combine with other spring greens and dress lightly with vinaigrette. Ht. 18 inches.
