Description
This versatile variety is characterised by a long sowing/havesting period, maturing August to November. The round, deep white curds are of outstanding quality and flavour and are well protected by the leaves.
Sow January to February under glass or late September-October for wintering in cold frames to plant out in spring. Direct sow outdoors March to May and transplant to final positions.
