This short-jointed, high-yielding hybrid 'Beefsteak' variety produces fruits of exceptional quality and flavour, ideal for slicing in salads or for frying. Best in greenhouse culture, but can also be grown on a south facing patio. Resistant to T.M.V., Fusarium and Verticillium, and Greenback free.

Sow Feb-April under glass 18-21C (65-70F). Grow in warm, sunny positions in well prepared, moisture-retentive soil. Water regularly in dry periods. 16-18 weeks maturity.
