Description
Early and compact, ideal for closer spacing. It is quick to produce fine quality, small beaded mini-heads throughout the season. Harvesting the main head encourages good side shoots which can be treated like spouting broccoli for extra yields. Eat raw in salads, stir-fries and as a steamed veg.
