Brassica rapa ssp. rapa 'Aramis Mini-Turnip'

Description
An attractive, quick-maturing, purple top variety with crisp flesh, texture and high yields over a long season. Harvest when approximately golf-ball sized. Alternate roots may be harvested, leaving more room for others to mature further. Steam or lightly boil whole, or simply add to roasts or casseroles as is. Can also be finely sliced or grated raw into salads.
