Description
Celeriac is an unusual vegetable that should be far more widely used. It has the flavour of celery, in a large bulb form which is very easy to grow and use. It doesn't need the regular maintenance of earthing up like celery, and is less dependent on regular watering. It also stores for a long period. Delicious for winter soups and stews.
