Description
One of the most nutritious squashes available. High amounts of beta carotene make this squash a must for healthy eating, as well as attractive with its deep orange flesh. Mature fruits weigh 1 kg (2.5lb) and measure 7-10inches (18-25cm) long. The spaghetti like flesh is delicious served with butter, sauces, herbs or brown sugar. Mature fruits store well.
