Description
An excellent variety with hybrid vigour and quality. Its robust frame and good leaf cover provide good protection from frost to give heavy, hard white curds through the winter. Delicious with cheese or on its own. Snap and turn the outside leaves over the developed head to avoid discolouration by sunlight or frost.
