Anthriscus cerefolium

Description

One of the most deliciously flavoured culinary herbs. The rich savoury taste, parsley-like with a hint of aniseed, is reminiscent of caraway, and blends well with fish or meat. Leaves can also be chopped in salads, stews and dressings. Winter hardy, produces foliage all year round. Height to 18 in (45cm).
