Description
This plant grows about 100cm (40in) high with about 8 leaves. The leaf-stalk is green and averages 45cm (18in) long. One single plant can weigh as much as 400 grams. Start indoors in April and transplant directly to the garden once all danger of frost has passed. Resistant to disease and cooler weather. Use in a stir fry or in salads.
